’s Yo Girl. G

I’ve been watching films on my week off, I have watched Harry Potter, The Simpsons and two cheesy hip-hop dance films…

1. Stomp The Yard, which is a Frat film with weird military style dancing. Pointless, pretty plotless but gives a new take on the whole Fraternity thing.

2.You Got Served, which is 100 times better and makes me want to be a B boy or girl. I’m not sure I could work the ginger afro though. Ah well!

Hidden Treasures

Secret places in London intruige me:

leinster01.jpg Can you spot the fake house?

Have a look at the link above. In an excercise in trust I  had to go and knock on the front door… I could have broken my knuckles!

However, I am still searching for the hidden street that you are supposed to be able to see through a drain grate somewhere in London. If anyone knows where it is tell me. Otherwise I’ll just cary on wandering round looking at my feet….

Patience is a virtue…

July 11, 2007 at 3:26 pm (Uncategorized)

..in which, on “Christmas day”, I am sorely lacking.

3.30. 3.30!!!

It could have been 9am but no, my new toy arrived at 3.30, thus leaving me precisely 1 hour to play before I go out to an ordination. I think I’m being tested as to my priorities. It’s so tempting to stay and play….

Giner blur

Right. Better turn this thing off before I give in.
(Ps. the ginger blur has now calmed enough to sit with the new toy and is therefore more of a ginger squiggle)

It’s Christmas Eve in my head

July 10, 2007 at 12:43 pm (Uncategorized)

Christmas eve

I am very excited. Imagine a small ginger blurr bouncing up and down and you will have some idea of my internal state. Tomorrow my new toy arrives. I think the UPS man (or perhaps woman – lets be PC) may be slightly baffled at the squeal of delight that will undoubtedly meet them at the door of a small flat in Clapham tomorrow.  Watch this space, or indeed watch out for a ginger blurr passing by….
