Hmph. I’ve been scabbing wireless internet recently (since Orange are rubbish and witholding MAC codes…..don’t get me started.)
However, it has dissapeared for the last 3 days. No internet?! What am I going to do?

I did it! I went for the whole of Lent without Chocolate. Yey.
Weirdly, it wasn’t actually that hard. However, thanks to girly-boy-Nick sending me a “serious dark fix”egg, I have had very small amounts of very nice chocolate since then.
I have also just had the pleasure, thanks to curly-haired-Simon of experiencing the most travelled chocolate I have ever had – A Tempo bar sent all the way from South Africa.

a Good Friday
I went to Church this morning as it is Good Friday. It was a brilliant service focussed on Matthew 26-27v55 and the whole reason behind Easter i.e Jesus had to die because there had to be a fair punishment for sin, but God’s love was so insanely huge that instead of putting it on us, Jesus took it. It was really good just to go back to the basics of it all again. It was like a carol service but for Easter – so song, short talk, reading, song, reading, song…etc. All followed by hot hot-crossed buns. YEY!
It was so sunny that I decided it was time to finally find that Bagel shop that I mentioned before on here, so I went for a wander round spitalfields and Brick Lane (the bagel was indeed top class) and that wander kind of carried on……. see below or here for the full walk.
So now I’m more freckly and feeling a bit sleepy owing to about 4 1/2 hours sleep after seeing the Young Knives in Kingston last night!
